Krystal Reyes PT, DPT
Krystal Reyes PT, DPT is a physical therapist with over 10 years of experience specializing in the treatment of vestibular disorders, including balance challenges and dizziness. She is the founder of Boise’s only non-hospital-based therapy clinic dedicated exclusively to vestibular rehabilitation, providing expert, patient-centered care to help individuals regain stability and confidence in their daily lives She has received a comprehensive Vestibular Rehabilitation Certificate, and has extensive hours of continuing education and training for treating a myriad of dizzy and balance disorders.
Krystal was raised in Idaho, and now resides in Boise with her husband and three young boys. She loves to travel, be outside with her family, and explore all of the amazing amenities that the Treasure Valley has to offer. Being able to to uniquely help each patient to improve their quality of life is what she loves most about treating vestibular disorders. Anyone that has personally experienced or knows someone who has experienced dizziness knows how extremely debilitating it can be to their entire life. She loves being able to play a role in helping them return to a more normal life again.
Lexi Seefeld PT, DPT
Lexi Seefeld PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist with a passion for helping individuals restore balance, reduce dizziness, and regain confidence in their daily lives. She divides her time between acute care and outpatient vestibular rehabilitation at Boise Balance and Vestibular.
Lexi earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from Washington State University and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Northern Arizona University in Phoenix, AZ. She has been practicing since early 2023 and has developed a strong interest in vestibular and balance rehabilitation both in inpatient and outpatient settings. Her areas of clinical focus include vestibular rehabilitation, balance disorders, stroke recovery, neurological and cardiac conditions, geriatric care, and post-surgical rehabilitation.
Lexi has completed a comprehensive Vestibular Rehabilitation and Management Certification through the American Institute of Balance to further advance her expertise in this specialized field. Lexi takes pride in treating each patient as an individual, focusing on a whole-body approach to improve function and quality of life. She finds great reward in helping her patients overcome dizziness, movement sensitivities, and imbalance—especially among older adults—and enjoys being part of their journey back to independence.
Outside of the clinic, Lexi enjoys spending time with her husband, dog, and cat, as well as exploring the outdoors through hiking, camping, skiing, running, golfing, and traveling. She loves discovering new places around the Treasure Valley and is continually inspired by the resilience of the patients she serves.
